Supply Chain Manager

Location: Billings, MT | Type: Full-Time (Strategic Sourcing & Logistics)

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic leader to manage our end-to-end supply chain. You will oversee global sourcing strategies, streamline logistics, and ensure our production lines have the materials they need to build world-class turf equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize global manufacturing logistics.
  • Manage high-value supplier relationships and negotiate purchasing contracts.
  • Collaborate with production planners to eliminate material bottlenecks.

About the Role: Serve as the critical link in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing master production schedules to ensure our assembly teams meet machine delivery timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop master manufacturing schedules based on customer orders and part availability.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and procurement teams to align daily material flow.
  • Monitor shop floor capacity dynamically to eliminate assembly downtime.

About the Role:

Join the hands-on team building Trebro machines from the ground up. We are looking for precise, dedicated individuals to fabricate, sub-assemble, and quality-check our premium turf harvesters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and sub-assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components.
  • Read blueprints and technical schematics to ensure strict compliance with quality guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workstation and bring a strong sense of ownership to the shop floor.
